Permission to Record and Use Photograph and Video-/Audio-Footage

I grant to HTW Berlin, MPMD Programme Management, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs and audio/video recordings of me and my property in connection with the MPMD study programme, including video conferences and excursions. I authorize the MPMD office of HTW Berlin, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.

I agree that the MPMD Programme Management of HTW Berlin may use such photographs and audio/video footage of me for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as documentation, Web and eLearning content, publicity, illustration and advertising.

Erlaubnis zur Aufzeichnung und Verwendung von Foto- und Video-/Audio-Material

Ich erteile der HTW Berlin, MPMD Programm-Management, ihren Vertretern und Mitarbeitern das Recht, Fotos und Audio-/Videoaufnahmen von mir und meinem Eigentum im Zusammenhang mit dem MPMD-Studium, einschließlich Videokonferenzen und Exkursionen, zu machen. Ich ermächtige das MPMD Programm-Management der HTW Berlin, seine Bevollmächtigten und Rechtsnachfolger, diese Aufnahmen urheberrechtlich zu schützen, zu nutzen und in gedruckter und/oder elektronischer Form zu veröffentlichen.

Ich stimme zu, dass das MPMD Programm-Management der HTW Berlin solche Fotos und Audio-/Videoaufnahmen von mir für jeden rechtmäßigen Zweck verwenden darf, einschließlich beispielsweise für Dokumentation, Web- und eLearning-Inhalte, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Illustration und Werbung.
